Alessandra Muratori
Programme Assistant
Alessandra Muratori is a Programme Assistant in the Social Europe and Wellbeing Programme. Before joining the EPC, she completed a traineeship in the Employment, Social Affairs, and Citizenship unit of the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels. Prior to that, she interned at the Civil Court of Bologna, where she shadowed a judge in the specialised section on migration and international protection. She also gained experience as a trainee lawyer in an Italian law firm, focusing on criminal law and environmental law.
Alessandra holds a combined Bachelor’s and Master’s in Law (cum laude) from the University of Bologna, and received an Erasmus+ scholarship to study at the University of Kent for one academic year. She also obtained an LLM in International Law and Global Governance, with a double specialisation in Environmental law and Sustainability and Human Rights and Human Security, from Tilburg University.
