Xheimina Dervishi
Junior Policy Analyst
Xheimina Dervishi is a Junior Policy Analyst in the Social Europe and Well-being Programme at the European Policy Centre. 

She has a Bachelor degree in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Milano and has spent the last semester of her Bachelor at Université Libre de Bruxelles as part of the Erasmus programme. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policies, specialising in Welfare and Sustainable Development, at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Prior to joining the EPC, Xheimina also completed an internship at the Italian cultural foundation, Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, in Milan where she was part of the Institutional Development team.

Currently, Xheimina is also working as a Research Assistant at Università Cattolica on a project about gentrification.
