Air Pollution remains one of the major environmental challenges facing European cities. To combat this problem, the European Union has developed a legislative framework to protect citizens from excessive air pollution. Despite this framework, improving air quality at the local, national, and regional level has seen varying degrees of success. Within the context of EU Green Week 2018, this Policy Dialogue assessed the problem of air pollution across Europe and how different stakeholders can help to improve air quality.
