For decades, fear of energy scarcity for itself and its allies has been a driving force behind the United States’ energy diplomacy. In today’s age of new-found energy abundance in the US, it remains an open question as to how the American oil and gas riches will impact US foreign policy priorities and practice. At this Policy Briefing, Peter B.
