Constança Jardim is a Programme Assistant in the European Migration and Diversity programme.

Prior to joining the EPC, she was a trainee at the European Commission working on EU engagement with third countries in the area of migration and security. 

She holds a master's in International Migration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam. Her academic research is focused on EU Migration Diplomacy with third countries and the relationship between geopolitics and migration policy. 

Previously, she has worked for the public administrations of Portugal, Türkiye and the UK in diverse roles including international affairs, project development and diplomacy. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Amsterdam, investigating the ethnic minorities' political participation.
