Iana Maisuradze
Junior Policy Analyst
Iana Maisuradze is a Junior Policy Analyst in Europe in the World Programme, working on Eastern Partnership and Transatlantic Affairs. Iana concurrently holds the position of Academic Assistant of the Transatlantic Affairs Programme at College of Europe in Bruges.

Her experience spans academia, executive education, think tanks, research, and policy institutions, including working at Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), where she focused on Peace Operations and Peacebuilding as well as Terrorism & Preventing Violent Extremism; and internships at Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels as well as at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. Iana served as the Young Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of Belgium in 2016-2017.

Iana holds a MA in Transatlantic Affairs (MATA) from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and College of Europe in Bruges, where her research focused on a transatlantic strategy towards Russia considering Eastern Partner countries – Georgia and Ukraine. She holds BSc and MSc in Business Administration from KU Leuven, Belgium and speaks English, French, Russian and Spanish along with her native Georgian.
