Policy Analyst
Madda Henry Magbity is a Policy Analyst in the Social Europe and Well-being (SEWB) Programme, focusing on social investment, the future of work, inequality, the welfare state, and healthcare to achieve collective well-being. With a diverse background in anthropology, development, policy, and public health, he offers a unique perspective enriched by global experiences.

Madda is dedicated to enhancing Health and well-being and promotes the stimulation of sustainable policies that prioritize inclusion, tolerance, equity, and diversity which defines Europe in the EU. His career reflects a commitment to addressing public health issues and advocating for better health policies resulting from stakeholder engagement, partnerships and collaborative initiatives.

He believes that collaborative efforts are essential for creating impactful solutions to contemporary challenges. The work he does is merely characterised by a strong emphasis on the call to action for thoughtful and ethical leadership and a desire to empower change.
