Emma Ugolini
Programme Assistant
Emma Ugolini is a Progamme Assistant within the European Migration and Diversity programme at the European Policy Centre (EPC).
Before joining the EPC, she completed a traineeship with the EU Delegation in Hanoi, Vietnam, where she supported the Cooperation Section and contributed to project management activities. She was also a Research Intern with the Migration Policy Institute (MPI) Europe in Brussels, where she primarily focused on community sponsorship programmes, refugee resettlement and integration. Prior to joining MPI Europe, she was an Intern with Save the Children’s fundraising department in Italy.
Emma holds a Master’s degree in human rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she focused on refugee rights, migration management and political discourses around migration. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Pisa.
